Boho Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Hannah and her bridesmaids got ready inside Grand Gimeno’s Powder Room while Elijah and his groomsmen suited up in the Parlor. With good energy flowing, the couple stepped out in their wedding attire for their first look. A brush of the shoulder turned Elijah around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in her white wedding dress. Huge smiles immediately filled their faces and loving words were exchanged. After the intimate moment, the couple was joined by their bridesmaids and groomsmen for group photos. With Grand Gimeno as their backdrop, the group smiled for the camera creating memories to last a lifetime.

Guests arrived in the Olive Grove, signed Elijah and Hannah’s guest book, then took a seat. Dried florals lined the aisle and a boho backdrop stood at the head. Once everyone was seated, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Hannah. In front of all their friends and family, the bride and groom shared handwritten vows, broke bread, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Family and friends posed for pictures with the newlyweds during cocktail hour while Falafel Bites and Chilled Shrimp Skewers made their rounds around the Olive Grove. The bar served French 75 and Rosemary Vodka Gimlet signature drinks and a cozy lounge offered a warm place for guests to take a seat by the fireplace. After mixing and mingling, everyone checked the seating chart and headed inside for reception.

Tables were topped with dried floral centerpieces, gold acrylic table numbers, and printed menus. Once everyone had found their seats, the newlyweds made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Santorini Salad was served as toasts began followed by Lemon and Thyme Glazed Chicken Breast and Roasted Atlantic Salmon Filet with Grilled Moroccan Vegetables and Persian Saffron Rice. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Lauren. After dinner, Hannah and Elijah cut into their personal wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in our Gourmet Dessert Station with a collection of Mini Lemon Meringue Tarts, Berry Champagne Macarons, Raspberry Chocolate Decadence, Mini Carrot Cupcakes, and Caramel Cream with Lemon Curd and Praline Dessert Shots. The evening ended with an outfit change and plenty of dancing out on the dance floor.
