White Rose Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Madison and her bridesmaids dressed in their pajamas poured champagne and got ready inside Grand Gimeno’s Powder Room while Connor and his groomsmen suited up in the Parlor. Once in their wedding attire, the couple met in the Foyer for their first look. A tap on the shoulder turned Connor around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in a white dress and cascading veil. The bride and groom read personalized vows and wandered around the venue posing for photos together and with their wedding party, then lined up for ceremony.

Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed the couple’s guest book, then took a seat. Tall floral pillars marked the head of the aisle where Madison and Connor would soon be standing. Once everyone was seated, the music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and family, Connor and Madison recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons, Caprese Skewers, and Beef Picadillo Empanadas were tray passed while the bar served Old Fashioned and Skinny Margarita signature drinks. Guests mixed and mingled during cocktail hour and posed for selfies with the newlyweds until it was time to head inside for reception.

Guests grabbed their champagne flutes and found their seats inside at tables topped with white roses. Madison and Connor made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Tangerine and Pecan Salad was served while friends and family started sharing toasts. Chicken Chevre and Grilled Mahi Mahi with Roasted Broccolini and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes followed. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Kristy. After dinner, the newlyweds cut into our two-tiered carrot cake with cream cheese filling and invited their guests to indulge in our Grand Coffee and Homemade Donut Station for dessert. The evening ended with an outfit change and everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves.
